Hi, Customer paid $100 for UPS next-day air, will arrive late and after Christmas due to late flight. Shipping was purchased through Amazon. Since this is a guaranteed service, what is the best way to go about getting refunded for the shipping cost? Do we need to go through Amazon since it was purchased through them? Please help. Thanks!
