ell XPS Desktop 8300: need to find max memory & memory slots

Hi,


I'm having trouble remembering how many slots are available, and how many units can fit into each slot.

At the top of the page it says that the max memory is 16GB. That would be great if it was, but for some reason I had it in my head that the max was 8GB...

I also have a feeling that it's only units of 2048 that will fit - again I could be wrong about this... but obviously I'd like to buy 4 or 8 if these would fit and it would save money.



Could someone here confirm what the max memory and slots are for this machine, according to specs I posted above?
